GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of Garteck S.R.L. products through the website.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the following conditions.

These conditions apply to sales made:

• in Italy
• in European Union countries
• in non-EU countries

For consumer customers (B2C), the applicable European consumer protection regulations shall apply.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and may be:

• inclusive or exclusive of VAT, depending on the customer type (B2C / B2B)
• subject to change without prior notice

Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

4. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Payment cards through the Nexi circuit (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Advance bank transfer
• Direct payment through the online platform

In the event of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed and shipped only after actual receipt of the amount in the Garteck S.R.L. bank account.

Warehouse pickup is also available for customers located in Reggio Emilia and surrounding areas, by prior agreement.

5. Delivery Times

• Italy: 24 – 48 working hours, excluding Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia (48 – 72 hours)
• Europe (EU): 48 – 72 working hours
• Non-EU countries: over 72 hours, depending on the destination country

Delivery times may vary due to logistics or force majeure.

Bulky Shipments

For large shipments:

• it is necessary to contact the company directly
• alternative logistics solutions will be proposed
• costs will be charged to the customer

7. B2B Order Management

For business customers (B2B), repair workshops, dealers and industry professionals:

• website registration is required
• the account will be verified by Garteck S.R.L.
• access to a personalized price list will be available
• prices may be displayed excluding VAT
• for important orders, sales and shipping conditions may vary
• costs may be defined through quotation

8. Returns and Warranty

The following are required:

• product photos
• description of the issue

Defective Product

If the defect is confirmed:

• free replacement product shipment (if available)

or

• full refund

Customer Error

If the customer orders the wrong product:

• return is possible
• shipping costs are charged to the customer

Garteck Error

In the event of our error:

• full refund

or

• product replacement

with shipping costs covered by Garteck

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Pursuant to European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

10. Liability

Garteck S.R.L. is not liable for:

• courier delays
• force majeure events
• improper use of products

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR)

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law.

For EU consumers, European consumer protection regulations shall also apply.
